
Booking Policy & Terms
At The Glass Strawberry, we aim to make every Afternoon Tea experience enjoyable and effortless. To ensure clarity and fairness for all guests, please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.
Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
All Afternoon Tea sales are final. By purchasing Afternoon Tea products or vouchers, you agree to our store credit only policy.
Refunds to original payment methods are not available under any circumstances.

Price adjustments or retroactive discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.

If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled collection or reservation time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of your booking without credit or refund.

In the unlikely event that The Glass Strawberry must cancel a booking, customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving store credit for the full value of their purchase.
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
​
Your Afternoon Tea booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment can be made securely via our online payment page, which follows this booking form, and can be accessed via an email you should receive shortly.

2. 24-Hour Payment Window
​
When you select your preferred date and time, that slot will be temporarily reserved for 24 hours to allow time for payment to be completed.
If payment is not received within this 24-hour period, your chosen time and date will be automatically released and may become available for other customers to book.

3. Confirming Your Order
​
All details, including your Afternoon Tea selection, package type, and dietary requirements for adults and children, must be confirmed at the time of payment and can be made via the payment page. Changes after payment may not be possible, so please check your selections carefully before completing the transaction.

4. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
​
While we take great care to offer a range of Afternoon Tea options, The Glass Strawberry is unable to cater for all allergens or intolerances.
A list of available allergen/intolerance-friendly options will be displayed prior to the payment process.
If your required allergen-friendly option does not appear in the dropdown list on the payment page, unfortunately we will be unable to cater for that particular requirement.
We kindly ask that all guests review the available options carefully before completing payment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
