Please note once you have made your payment we do not offer refunds so please be confident that you can commit to your booking before completing your payment.
Our venue holds limited seating and our afternoon tea availability sells out. We take great care and pride in our afternoon teas, they are unique and not available to order on the day off our regular menu. They are also made to cater for each individual’s specific dietary requirements so cannot be resold or redistributed if for any reason you are unable to make your booking.
For this reason, if you need to reschedule we request that you inform us at least 48 hours before your booking time by emailing email@example.com or calling us on 01302 365027. This will allow us time to offer your table to other customers, have in the appropriate amount of perishable stock and staff accordingly now you are no longer able to honour your booking.
Your booking is very important to us and we understand that unexpected things can occur so in the event of you needing to reschedule we will happily credit your payment towards another date, providing you give us at least 48 hours notice.
If you contact us less than 48 hours prior to your booking, unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule your booking so you will lose your booking and any payment you have made. However, you are free to transfer on or sell your booking to another person/persons.
The same terms and conditions apply to those using vouchers as payment for their booking. If we are not given more than 48 hours notice the voucher’s value will be lost.
